Regulations
1) For the entry in the Village, the authorization of the Direction and the relative registration of the law are compulsory. For a quicker and easier identification, all the guests of the Village will be provided with a recognizing bracelet.
2) The guests of the camping are obliged to clear the lay-by before 12 o’clock on the day of departure. In case the campers have to remain after 12 o’clock, they have to pay the full daily quote. The bungalows must be free not later than 10’clock. The arrivals should be between the hours 15.00 and 20.00.
3) The Direction reserves, at his unquestionable judgement, to not accept the unwanted campers or those in excess.
4) Visitors are not allowed if not authorized from the Direction. They should hand over their proper documents of identification and in case the visit should be longer than 1 hour, they have to pay the daily quote as on the price list. Anyhow no visits are allowed on Sunday.
5) The lay-by for tents or caravans will be always assigned from the Direction, which instructions should be followed by the campers.
6) From 14.00 until 17.00 and from 23.55 until 7.00 am, it is strictly forbidden to make any noise that can disturb, including the pitch or removing of the tents. The apparatus which make sound should always be kept at low volume and during the hours of silence they should be switched off. Those who anyway will disturb, will be removed from the Village.
7) The circulation of motorcars and motorbikes are forbidden inside the Village from 23.55
until 07.00 and from 14.00 until 16.00 every day, except on Friday and Saturday. During the rest of the hours, the circulation is only allowed exclusively at very low speed and anyhow the gentle guests are kindly asked to limit the use of the cars and motors for a minimum indispensable.
8) The guests should have cure of the objects of their property: the Direction is not responsible of their eventually burglaries or damages, except for the objects confided to them and accepted in entrust with releasing of a receipt.
9) The guests of the bungalows should have cure of all that what have been given to them in equipment. The Direction reserves the right asking a compensation of the damages and the broken objects. Furthermore the guests should leave the bungalow clean and in order (dishes and pots all washed up) at the moment of the departure.
10) There are no dogs allowed in the Village during the period from 19/07 until 16/08. This prohibition is to consider absolutely peremptory, therefore no dogs are allowed in any space of the Village (Parking places, adjacent areas etc.). the period, to hold them always on the leash and be provided with a certification of anti-rabies vaccination.
11) The electric connection at the apposite plugs, to be retained necessary by authority received of the Direction, is only consent for illumination and refrigerator, and must be carried out with a secure grounding system.
12) In the swimming pool it is forbidden to play with balls and airbeds, and have behaviours that disturb the other users and it is obliged to follow the instructions of the assistant lifeguards, who are allowed to remove those who not respect these rules.
13) It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in the Village outside the authorized places.
14) The communications concerning cancellations or renunciations will be taken in account only if made by letter or recommended. If the notice arrives at least 30 days before the location, the deposit will be shortened by 30%. If this occurs15 days before the location the deposit will be reimbursed, reduced by 60%. If the notice will arrive 5 days before the location it will be completely withhold.
15) At judgment of the Direction, the attempt observance of these norms and a behaviour that will damage the harmony and the spirit of the settling can involve the removal of the camp as an unwanted guest.
